The University of New Haven has officially launched its Centennial year and we are starting the celebration with a special weekend of events in Boca Raton, Florida, February 7-9. Alumni, parents, and friends in Florida - and throughout the country - are invited to join us to commemorate this historic milestone.
Highlights of the weekend include a University welcome reception, a riverboat brunch cruise, cocktails and conversation with renowned Dr. Henry C. Lee '10 Hon., and our signature Centennial celebration at the exclusive Boca Raton Resort & Club. Most events are at little or no charge, and transportation from Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, and Naples is available. The deadline to register is Monday, February 3, so sign up today!

Executive MBA Speaker Series Features Ferdinand L. Risco, Jr. ’09 EMBA
Ferdinand L. Risco, Jr. ’09 EMBA, executive director of The Transit Authority of River City, the largest public transit agency in Kentucky, recently returned to his alma mater to inspire students. Through his EMBA Speaker Series lecture, he shared what he has learned about leadership, branding, and the importance of treating people with respect.

Career Closet/Campus Pantry Provides Important Resources for Students
The University’s Career Closet/Campus Pantry includes professional clothing, nonperishable food, and health and wellness items that are available at no cost to students who need them. Our staff members, a supermarket chain, and the local community are endeavoring to make sure it helps as many students as possible.

The University of New Haven’s Centennial Ball will be held on Saturday, April 4, in the David A. Beckerman Recreation Center on our main campus. Save the date to join us for this blue and gold celebration as we commemorate the University's Centennial.
